Horse Dragons have equine-shaped bodies and hooves instead of claws, which allow them to be fast runners. They specialize in running takeoffs, which are quicker than taking off from a stand-still. Horse dragons are able to stalk their prey from the ground then quickly execute an aerial attack for the kill.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Amethyst Gemstone was sired by a Hellfire, so maybe it was fate he would someday join a Hellfire pack. He is a very strong dragon, strong enough to impress the pack's matriarch when he managed to hold his own after being swarmed by her subordinates for wandering into their territory. Instead of having him killed, she took him into the pack and demanded he be treated with the same respect as a low ranking female. The two quickly formed a bond and began to mutually trust and respect each other. It's no surprise they eventually became mates, ruling the pack as equals despite the Hellfire's low views on males.

He is a very serious dragon, and is careful to never show any weakness to the dragons he rules over. There is no room for error when your subordinates are itching to attack at every turn. He is the only male in the pack treated with any kind of respect, which causes the other males to hate him greatly. The only one he lets his guard down for is his mate, who he trusts with his life.
