Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

An aged and wise black dragon, Endrealin leads her own Clan. Despite her age, she is still fit and strong, but instead of brute force, she outwits and out-thinks those who threaten herself and her clan, coming up with complex plans and leads her allies to combat or to gather food. She is focused, determined, and confident in her abilities. She may seem like the perfect Clan leader, but even she is not without her flaws; when it comes to proving a point, she is stubborn to the point of endangering herself. She may hold bitter grudges for a long time. She also has a knack for approaching many male dragons, teasing them with her alluring feminine charms, but she never settles down, nor starts any relationships. As graceful and she is, she is death itself if enemies threaten hatchlings she has under her wing.
