Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

XasTareth can be very cold, at times, and can be very difficult to approach and talk to. She is also very powerful, though she is never arrogant, knowing that arrogance and overbearing pride can get a dragon killed faster than anything else. She can be haughty and look down on others despite this, however (saying things like, "I keep forgetting just how weak you humans really are. It's really quite pitiful.").

If you make her a promise, you had best be prepared to keep it because she'll hold you to it no matter what. The same goes for deals, so be very careful if you ever find yourself trying to make a deal with her, and NEVER make a deal like, "I'll do anything." She'll make you wish you had never made that wretched deal at all.

XasTareth can sometimes be found amusing hatchlings with little magic tricks, indicating that she has some softness in her, though she'll deny it vehemently. Otherwise, she can be found in her lair, plotting out some scheme or another.
