Dark green dragons, once they mature, appear to become an entirely different species. However, this isn’t true. Rather, they burrow underground and get nutrients from their vines. These vines are sometimes referred to as Dragon Grass. These dragons are very violent, and will use their vines to capture, kill, and eat anything that moves, as well as nearby plants. Luckily, their range is limited and they cannot use magic. Dark green dragons tend to be easy to spot since they usually kill all plants around them and thus are usually surrounded by a large clearing.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Kalrana rarely comes out from underground, but when she does, she explodes into action. As if she were a hatchling, she would prance around, look at shiny objects, and just simply marvel at the sky. She normally climbs up to the highest peaks of mountains to watch dragons glide through the sky. She yearns for flight, but being a vine-dragon, she knew this would never come to be. Saddened by her fate of remaining as an earth-bound dragon, she sounds rather desperate, as if trying to trick herself into enjoying the outside. Most of the dragons in her clan noticed this, and pitied her. As a gift, one of the dragons offered to carry her while in flight, so she could at least feel the wind. It turns out, Kalrana was absolutely terrified of flying as soon as she lost contact with the ground. After the little flight trip, she became happy once again whenever she surfaced from the ground, which was no longer a prison to her, but safety, and her true home.
