Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Bells is very reclusive in comparison to the other dragons she shares space with. Bells tries her best not to mingle with other dragons, even her nest mates; Fluff and Precious. The only time Bells is seen is during the winter months, where another dragon might catch a glimpse of her tail or see Bells paw prints in the snow. Aside from being reclusive she is very gentle and soft spoken, only speaking when it is necessary or when she has some wisdom to share. Bells is known to be an observer, and let's others know she cares by leaving behind small hand made trinkets when the gift receiver is away. She is the oldest dragon and can be motherly; others, especially hatchlings, will tend to seek her out for advice.
