White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Cap is one of the leaders of the healing caves, despite her youth and inexperience. It seems that her heritage has blessed her with a great talent for healing—even measured by the Whites' standards. So despite her youth she has taken a place next to Pax and Jadzia, with the three of them leading different "shifts" in the caves.

Cap is a friendly and open-minded young dragoness, and no one was really surprised when she chose clumsy yet friendly Wendelin as her mate instead of a suitor more capable in the arts.
